This month we will be discussing two movies that deals with unusual friendships. 

The first movie, THE INTOUCHABLES (2011), is about on the unlikely camaraderie between a handicapped millionaire and his street smart ex-con caregiver.  This charming movie was the second highest grossing movie ever in France. It is available to rent on Netflix DVD and to stream on Amazon Prime. 

The second movie, THE GREEN BOOK (2018), is set in the United States in the early sixties. It deals with the unlikely bond that develops between an African American concert pianist who hires an Italian American bouncer from the Bronx to protect him as he travels to perform the South.
PLEASE NOTE: This movie will open in theaters in Los Angeles on November 16th.
