Congregation Conversations: To Live with Grief in the time of COVID

The COVID-19 pandemic has ravaged the world for over a year, and with it has come a wave of feelings and questions. "What will life be like now?" "Why do people seem not to care?" "How do I process what has happened?"

This time has also been met with a feeling encompassing many individuals: grief. Grief at the loss of a loved one who has succumbed to virus, grief for the 500,000 Americans and over 2 million who've perished of the disease, grief for the loss of normalcy, etc. All of these feelings are normal reactions to our experiences over the year and it's important to express yourself in a safe environment.

Join Temple Emanuel Clergy and Judy Weintraub, Chaplain Intern with ChaiVillageLA, as we share our feelings, our grief, and how to cope with the unique challenges ahead.

Open to members of ChaiVillageLA, Temple Emanuel, or Temple Isaiah.
