Let's Get Uncomfortable-End of Life (Care & Options)

CONVERSATIONS TO HELP YOU PREPARE AND PLAN
question marks

Rabbi Zoë Klein Miles and Stefanie Elkins will be co-facilitating a two-part series that will encompass the practical, as well as explore the emotional, around advance care directives (Aug. 12) and end of life care and options (Aug. 26). Sessions will be set in a Jewish context and provide useful resources and tools to feel empowered, informed, and ready to advocate for yourself.

Session II: End of Life (Care & Options) - Wednesday, August 26
This session we will review all End of Life care options from life sustaining measures to medical aid in dying. There will also be an opportunity to share and contemplate your own end-of-life values and wishes.

Please register for each session separately.
